This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit zolena.fr (the "Site") or make a purchase there.


PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, your IP address, your time zone and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. COOKIES

Here is a list of the cookies we use. We have listed them here so you can choose whether to allow them or not.

_session_id, unique session identifier, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).

_shopify_visit, no data retained, persists for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by our website provider's internal analytics system to record the number of visits.

_shopify_uniq, no data retained, expires at midnight (based on the visitor's location) the following day. Calculates the number of visits to a store by a unique customer.

cart, unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores information related to your shopping cart.

_secure_session_id, unique session identifier

storefront_digest, unique identifier, undefined if the store has a password, used to know whether the current visitor has access.
- "Log files" track the Site's activity and collect data such as your IP address, the type of browser you use, your Internet service provider, referring and exit pages, and timestamp data (date and time).
- "Invisible pixels", "beacons" and "pixels" are electronic files that record information about how you browse the Site.

In addition, when you make or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information about you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address and phone number.
In accordance with Article L. 223-2 of the Consumer Code, you can register free of charge on the telephone canvassing opt-out list BLOCTEL:www.bloctel.gouv.fr.
These automatically-collected information are referred to as "Order Information."

When we use the term "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we refer to both Device Information and Order Information.


HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Generally, we use the Order Information we collect to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). In addition, we use this Order Information to:
communicate with you;
assess potential fraud or risk; and
when it aligns with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising about our products or services.

We use the Device Information (in particular your IP address) that we collect to assess potential fraud or risk and, more generally, to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to evaluate the success of our advertising and marketing campaigns).


SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties who assist us in using it for the purposes described above. When you place an order through the Site, we will keep your Order Information on file unless and until you ask us to delete it.
