What are the delivery times?
From the shipment of your order, delivery times are 7 to 10 business days.
Do you ship worldwide?
For the moment delivery is only available in France.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
Go to the order tracking page and enter your order number (e.g. : #2854).
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Are exchanges offered?
To return your item, the shipping costs are your responsibility. However, Zolena will cover the shipping costs for your new item.
How do I make an exchange?
You have up to 30 days from receipt of the order to request an exchange by contacting us on our contact page or by email at: info@zolena.fr
How do I request a return?
Not satisfied with your order? Request a return on our contact page or directly by email at: info@zolena.fr to receive a full refund of your order.

What are your order processing times?
When your order is processed, you automatically receive a shipping email. Your order is shipped in 24/48H (excluding public holidays and weekends).
Is it possible to cancel my order if I've changed my mind?
Absolutely! If your order has not yet been prepared and shipped, we can cancel it. However, once shipping has been scheduled, we can no longer modify or cancel it.
