Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days.
If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new or lightly used, and in the condition you received it.
It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Conditions for refund or exchange to be granted

  • Any returned item more than 30 days after receipt of your order will not be accepted.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging.
  • If stains, dirt, odors or signs of excessive wear are visible when the return is received, no refund or exchange can be granted, the item then being considered used.
  • For defective or damaged items, any damage must be reported in advance with photos and/or videos. If not, the refund or exchange request may be refused.
  • It is essential to print the order confirmation email and include it inside the parcel. Without this document, the return cannot be processed and the parcel may be considered unidentifiable.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the receipt of the returned item and whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days.
The amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method.
The time it takes to appear on your account may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Then contact your bank.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order, for items that are defective or non-defective, subject to the return conditions stated above.

The item must be new or lightly used, returned in its original condition and packaging, and show no signs of excessive wear.

Any exchange is subject to prior validation by our customer service.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item.
Once the return is received and approved, a gift voucher will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver received the order to give it to you later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be informed of the return.


Return instructions

To return an item, please be sure to contact our customer service department at the following email address: info@zolena.fr, providing the following information: your order number, the product name, the reason for the return, and your contact information.

We will then send you return instructions and the return address.

The shipping costs related to the return are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
No restocking fee is applied.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you ship an item worth more than 70 € we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of a parcel lost by the carrier.
